<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Set-up and operation of milling machines to produce stainless steel parts to specification.</p> <p>Duties & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Run several mills at one time as well as perform inspections to ensure material is within specification </li><li>Read and understand a drawing and machine parts to specification </li><li>Take measurement and make machine adjustments as required to hold tolerances </li><li>Perform additional responsibilities as requested to achieve business objectives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Prior experience running a mill or machining background a plus </li><li>Experience with calipers, micrometers, toolmakers microscope </li><li>2 years' experience in direct manufacturing </li><li>Must be able to stand for up to 8 to 10 hours per day </li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds </li></ul> <p>Competitive Pay & Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>$3.00 per hour shift premium </li><li>Paid vacation and 11 paid holidays </li><li>Medical, dental, life, and disability insurance </li><li>HSA and FSA accounts </li><li>401k with company matching and profit sharing </li><li>Tuition reimbursement </li></ul>
