The MISE Manager employs innovative approaches for continuous quality improvement and works closely with other managers within MISE to accomplish the quality control goals. This role will also assist Associate Director, MISE Vendor and Quality Management to ensure quality standards are followed by MISE vendor.</p> <p>You will be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Oversees the quality of vendor Quality Assurance team's performance by conducting calibration of its quality reviews. </li><li>Monitors data integrity for MISE customer database and employs innovative approaches for continuous quality improvement. </li><li>Holds the MISE vendor accountable for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs). </li><li>Collaborates with cross functional partners (Quality, Safety, IT CRM systems) to ensure MISE programs and procedures are designed to efficiently provide high quality scientific engagement to customers while minimizing compliance risk. </li><li>Executes internal and external customer satisfaction surveys, analyzes results, and makes recommendations for improvements. </li><li>Works with Business Process Leader to ensure vendor expense is maintained within pre-approved budget. </li><li>Demonstrates initiative in recommending and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and constantly conducting performance.improvement projects to assist department to enhance customer experience . </li><li>Provides cross coverage for training, report reconciliation, and CAPA case review based on business needs </li><li>Manage the process of obtaining copyright permissions and manage the Sunshine Act reporting documents. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS or Equivalent in the Healthcare Field is required. PharmD, Registered Nurse Practitioner, Registered Nurse is an asset. </li><li>5-6 years Pharmaceutical or Healthcare Industry and Contact Center management/operations experience is preferred. </li><li>Understanding of Medical Information customer communications center process within pharmaceutical industry is preferred. </li><li>Understanding of QA programs, tools (e.g. call recording) and systems is preferred. </li><li>Experience of business review is a plus. </li><li>Excellent negotiation and leadership skills are required. </li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills are required. </li><li>Business continuity, crisis management, or disaster recovery experience is preferred. </li></ul> <p>Johnson & Johnson is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation's performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company's discretion on an individual basis. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
