We are seeking a dedicated Range Maintenance Technician (Laborer) to support vegetation management and general maintenance tasks in a military training range environment. This role plays a key part in maintaining up-range areas that support tank range operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to work as part of a team in an outdoor setting.</p> <p>Pay: $17.47/hour + $5.09/hour Health & Welfare</p> <p>Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8-hour day shift</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Operate zero-turn mowers and other grounds maintenance equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Use chainsaws, pole saws, DR mowers, weed eaters, and hand/power tools to maintain vegetation.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with light mechanical troubleshooting and upkeep of equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Follow safety procedures and collaborate with team members to ensure mission success.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Effective communication skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in varying conditions.</p> </li><li> <p>Basic mechanical aptitude.</p> </li><li> <p>Commitment to quality control and safety.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Experience</p> <ul> <li> <p>Previous experience operating zero-turn mowers or similar equipment preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with hand and power tools (e.g., chainsaw, pole saw, DR mower) is a plus.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to connect/disconnect and back up trailers preferred but not required.</p> </li><li> <p>Must possess a valid driver's license.</p> </li><li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent required.</p> </li></ul> <p>CALIBRE and its subsidiaries are an Equal Opportunity Employer and supports transitioning service members, veterans and individuals with disabilities.
