Ensure all quality metrics, compliance standards, and performance goals are met. Drive initiatives that support high-quality, cost-effective care and foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.</p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve performance metrics and achieve organizational goals. </li><li>Create goals and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal, and ethical requirements of the organization. Establishe and enforce policies and procedures that align with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. </li><li>Conduct regular quality control assessments and implement improvements to optimize clinical and operational functions. </li><li>Integrate and coordinate services across facilities to fulfill contractual obligations and ensure consistent service delivery. </li><li>Cultivate professional development and talent management strategies to support a high-performing workforce. Lead and mentor facility leadership teams, providing guidance and support to elevate care quality and operational success. </li></ul> <p>What minimum requirements you'll need</p> <p>Licensure / Certification / Registration:</p> <ul> <li>Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. </li><li>BLS Provider preferred.
