<p>Overview</p> <p>At Midwest Dental, supported by Smile Brands, we're looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented Dental Hygienist to join our patient-focused team in Beloit, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional care, building lasting patient relationships, and helping every patient achieve their healthiest smile.</p> <p>As a key member of our clinical team, you'll work at the top of your scope - performing comprehensive preventive care, patient education, and periodontal maintenance - while collaborating closely with the doctor and support staff to ensure an elevated standard of care.</p> <p>Schedule (days/hours)</p> <p>Mon 8-5, Tues thru Thurs 8-6</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Deliver high-quality standard of care through preventive treatments, diagnostics, and evidence-based protocols. </li><li>Educate and motivate patients toward better oral and overall health. </li><li>Collaborate with dentists and hygiene teammates to co-diagnose and personalize treatment. </li><li>Create a welcoming, judgement-free environment for every patient. </li><li>Stay current with new technologies and instruments that advance care. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Who We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>A licensed dental hygienist who is passionate about patient care, education, and practicing at the top of their scope to improve oral health outcomes. </li><li>Either an active state hygiene license or eligibility to become licensed (new grads are welcome!) </li><li>A current CPR certification </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>$47-$51 per hour</p> <p>About Us</p> <p>Benefits are determined by employment status/hours worked and include paid time off ("PTO"), health, dental, vision, health savings account, telemedicine, flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability insurance, employee discount programs, pet insurance, and a 401k plan.
