You'll train, guide, encourage, and work with your team to keep quality high, schedules on track, and production standards sharp.</p> <p>Key responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead production employees to meet shift goals with consistency and quality</p> </li><li> <p>Train team members on SOPs, WIs, good housekeeping, and safety protocols</p> </li><li> <p>Track scrap with precision and make sure it's disposed of correctly and properly</p> </li><li> <p>Record production documentation and finished goods in SAP</p> </li><li> <p>Perform ongoing quality checks, appearance, torque, and weight</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments on projects and changeovers</p> </li><li> <p>Jump into investigations of failures or deviations and help uncover starting causes</p> </li><li> <p>Keep your line and your crew tidy, compliant, and always ready</p> </li><li> <p>Promote safety and lead by example in adherence to OSHA, GMP, and company policies</p> </li><li> <p>Be a strong communicator and a trusted team leader across your shifts</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements you need:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred</p> </li><li> <p>At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience, OR 2 years of supervisory experience</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with FDA cGMPs, OSHA safety, SOPs, SAP, and HMI systems</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multitask, solve problems, and get things done even on tight deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally</p> </li><li> <p>Long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing/pulling</p> </li><li> <p>Work in a climate-controlled environment with moderate noise</p> </li><li> <p>Frequent interaction with motorized equipment (forklifts, electrical pallet jacks, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Standard PPE requirements (hairnet, safety glasses, lab coat, etc.)</p> </li></ul> <p>Why should you join kdc/one?</p> <p>Better starts here.
