<p>Sr Project Manager - HR Focused</p> <p>Your role:</p> <p>The Project Management Organization is responsible for establishing and leading enterprise-wide, cross-functional initiatives. PMO leads a variety of different types of projects, including strategic initiatives, launching new products and services, large-scale application development and systems integration. This position involves facilitating the portfolio, program and project delivery including, but not limited to, project plans, tracking, regular status reporting, risk/issue tracking, scope & change control, coordinating resources & activities in support of timelines and business objectives. This position will play a key role in supporting cross-functional business process, technology and business development initiatives that align with and drive the overall business strategy of Ardent Mills.</p> <p>Your responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Accountable for multiple initiatives including defining, planning, orchestrating and delivering a given strategic initiative and/or business outcome. Ensures end results are of the highest quality with a clearly articulated scope and quantifiable business value and benefits. </li><li>Validates financial forecasts and provides ongoing reconciliation of resources and other related project expenditures. </li><li>Manages portfolios, programs and multiple projects to ensure alignment, interdependencies, and achieve desired outcomes. Manage and address resources, scope, scope changes, timelines, risks and issues. Define and track milestones while developing, maintaining and reporting on an overall integrated delivery plan. </li><li>Responsible to report on progress of the portfolio, program and projects to all stakeholders. Responsible to identify project risks, issues, resource constraints/challenges, change control, communicating impact to the project. </li><li>Rigorously manage scope to ensure commitments are achieved within agreed-on time, cost and quality parameters. Ensure change management and communications plans are addressed and adjusted along the project lifecycle. </li><li>Growth and Leadership: Continually grow business acumen, project management/delivery, leadership and skills. Leverage skills, knowledge and understanding to influence/drive behavior and results. Establish credibility with teams and partners while managing expectations. </li><li>Other duties and projects as assigned </li></ul> <p>Essential skills and experience:</p> <ul> <li>Four-year degree or equivalent related experience </li><li>Minimum 10 years business experience (human resources, supply chain, information technology, manufacturing, finance or other) </li><li>Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in project, program and portfolio management methodologies/concepts or equivalent related experience </li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams </li><li>Experience managing Project budget </li><li>Demonstrated ability to interface with, influence and collaborate with team members at all levels </li><li>Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility in a fast-changing environment </li><li>Exceptional communications (written and verbal) to all levels of the organization </li><li>Appreciation of change management to ensure long-term success of projects - Act as a change enabler </li><li>Strong decision-making, problem-solving, critical thinking skills under pressure </li><li>Technology Savvy - Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project Management software </li><li>Demonstrates a focus on others vs. self - listen, learn and serve others </li><li>High learning agility - curious to learn and challenge the status quo </li><li>Ability to identify risks in advance, create mitigation plans and remove barriers </li><li>Excellent analytical, time management and organizational skills with impeccable attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work on multiple, complex projects, simultaneously with frequent interruptions and see them to completion with limited supervision. </li><li>Ability to build trusted relationships with co-workers and all stakeholder levels. Uncovers stakeholder needs and motivations. </li><li>Leadership of cross functional teams- navigate people, influencing, resolve conflict, deliver tough messages. Our salary ranges are broad, and individual salary will be market competitive based on a candidate's unique set of skills and level of experience. The starting range for this position is $118,000.00 - $157,489.20, with additional earning potential possible commensurate with experience. Additionally, we believe that our team members are the reason for our success and all team members are incentive eligible with a target based on contribution, company performance, and individual results achieved.
