<p>Primary Duties & Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Correctly identify and build molds according to casting schedule </li><li>Assist in building loads for carbonization kilns </li><li>Assist in breaking down carbonization kiln loads </li><li>Clean infiltrated product, using the grit-blasting machines, per procedure </li><li>Maintain grit-blasting machines with basic preventive and routine maintenance (daily) </li><li>Follow standard work procedures and detailed instruction </li><li>Prioritize in a multi-task work cell </li><li>Keep accurate written documentation </li><li>Maintain clean, safe and organized work environment </li><li>Assist in preparing and breaking down of furnace loads </li><li>All other duties, as assigned </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <ul> <li>Work effectively with minimal supervision. </li><li>Able to get along well with others. </li><li>Basic proficiency in data entry </li><li>Good communication (oral and written) skills. </li><li>Ability to keep accurate records. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions</p> <ul> <li>Manufacturing environment </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Able to frequently lift/push/pull objects that are 50 pounds (or heavier with assistance) repeatedly. </li><li>Able to sit, stand, bend, squat, and walk about the facility 12 hours/day </li></ul> <p>Safety Requirements</p> <p>All employees are required to follow the site EHS procedures and Coherent Corp.
