Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the AIT Technician will be responsible for assembling and testing spacecraft components. The ideal candidate should possess a keen understanding of quality control and AS-9100 standards.</p> <p>This role is on our 2nd shift (Monday-Friday) from 2:30PM - 11:00PM</p> <p>Key Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Follow detailed procedures to assemble complex electronic and mechanical modules. </li><li>Operate hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and light power tools. </li><li>Ability to quickly change priority while working in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Communicate statuses, issues, and suggestions effectively to the support engineering team. </li><li>Updating documentation and hardware statuses through online services. </li><li>Basic avionics and the electrical troubleshooting. </li><li>Assist in spacecraft integration related activities. </li><li>Must possess a strong work ethic, be able to work with limited supervision, and meet the requirements of the attendance policy. </li><li>Must perform all functions of the job in a safe and professional manner. </li><li>Must keep work area(s) in a neat, clean, safe, and orderly condition. </li><li>Ability to stand for most of the working day. </li><li>Perform miscellaneous lab duties, including kitting, inventory, and organization tasks. </li><li>Perform other tasks/responsibilities as assigned </li></ul>
