<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Specialist to join our team at GA Larson Company. This role involves front-line ticket triage for all Prophet 21 (P21) issues, collaborating with internal Developers to resolve user problems, and assisting in the annual upgrade process to deploy the latest Epicor P21 version across the company. With 20 Wireless Warehouse locations, the ideal candidate will have expertise in P21 WMS, Zebra handhelds, and Microsoft SQL, along with the ability to create and maintain thorough documentation. Candidates should have 5 to 10 years of IT experience, including at least 5 years directly supporting P21, preferably on the WebUI platform. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at cross-team collaboration.</p> <p>Company Summary:</p> <p>Gustave A. Under the direction of the IT Manager, the Epicor Prophet 21 Specialist will be responsible for supporting the implementation and deployment of P21 at the GA Larson company.</p> <p>Primary Responsibilities:</p> <p>This is a techno-functional role, this person should have good technical aptitude within Epicor Prophet 21 ERP, in addition to be able to?gather/analyze, and write business requirements.</p> <ul> <li>User security setup and maintenance within the P21 application and companion products. </li><li>Using Freshservice Ticketing system, triage all incoming P21 tickets while colloborating with the developers on the team to successfully help our users which help our end customers.. </li><li>Observing end users and analyzing their processes, documenting and gathering requirements for potential improvements within the P21 application and companion products. </li><li>Creating customizations and/or building different solutions around user requests in P21. </li><li>Evaluate, recommend, and execute IT solutions to achieve overall organizational goals, based on the current business model and/or future needs of the business. </li><li>Optimize and support existing applications and infrastructure: regular maintenance, custom development, and coordinating P21 upgrades. </li><li>Work with Warehouse personnel with any Wireless Warehouse issues they may have. </li><li>Create and maintain IT Department documentation for an internal Knowledge Base. </li><li>Knowledge of Financials, Procurement, Inventory Management, Planning, and Warehousing areas of the ERP system. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualification Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of 5 years of experience with Epicor Prophet21. </li><li>Experience with systems design and development incorporating all phases of SDLC. </li><li>Experience with day-to-day management and administration of the Prophet 21 system. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, technical environment. </li><li>This role requires a combination of analytical, technical, planning and communication skills. </li></ul> <p>Education and/or Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Associates or University degree in the field of Computer Science or Information Systems and minimum 3 years related IT work experience. </li><li>Good understanding and technical knowledge of current network and PC operating systems, hardware, protocols, and standards, including, but not limited to: </li><li>Windows Server Environment </li><li>Microsoft SQL Server </li><li>.Net / C # </li><li>Business Rule development </li><li>Dynachange Rules </li><li>P21 Portals </li><li>Crystal Reports </li><li>Business Intelligence (EDA & Power BI) </li><li>User Defined Field creation/maintenance </li><li>EDI </li></ul> <p>Other Skills and Abilities:</p> <p>The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.
