We are committed to knowing you personally, understanding your needs and goals, and providing the products and services that will support you along the way.</p> <p>The Treasury Management Services Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operation of Treasury Management. In addition, this position is responsible for developing and managing the support processes for clients, sales, and products. This position will also be responsible for working closely with other management on developing strategies to achieve growth goals assigned to the Treasury Management Department.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Manage, develop, and enforce Treasury Management related policies to keep in line with regulatory and bank guidelines. </li><li>Acts as liaison with examiners and auditors. </li><li>Manages and trains Treasury Management support employees and prepares annual performance review. </li><li>Analyzes, develops, and implements risk monitoring controls for payments-related products and services. </li><li>Ability to work under pressure and show evidence of creative thinking as well as the ability to handle complex problems in a timely manner. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Work directly with the Director of Treasury Management, senior management, and department managers to oversee success of Treasury Management operational processes, procedures, and product offerings. </li><li>Develop and maintain strategies to effectively support the Treasury Management Sales Team on ongoing product offerings, proposal assistance, client resolution, and implementation needs. </li><li>Collaborate with internal business units on identifying innovative ways to streamline the flow of work to better assist clients and banking partners. Propose action plans and strategies to support long-term goals of the Bank. </li><li>Maintain appropriate relationships with third-party system vendors. </li><li>Participate in establishing goals and objectives for each of the direct reports and functions within Treasury Management Support. </li><li>Monitor areas of responsibility and implement effective goals and tools to measure success for driving the team effectively. </li><li>Work to instill a client-focused mind-set within all associates. </li><li>Work closely with Associates to develop and execute strategies to help promote Treasury Management products/services and introduce new TM products and services that will enhance TM's offerings in the marketplace, as well as oversite to ensure all system upgrades and application testing is completed. </li><li>Develop and provide TM related reports and analytics for Board Meetings. </li><li>Work with the Director of Treasury Management, senior management and department managers to determine actions necessary to protect the Bank against possible loss. </li><li>Keep current with new and improved technologies for the overall operating efficiency of the treasury services platform to ensure client satisfaction. </li><li>Ensure completion of required reports and records accurately and promptly. </li><li>Ensure management is informed of area activities and of any significant problems or concerns. </li><li>Ensure all confidential information in the work area is properly secured each day. </li><li>Maintain privacy of customer account information. </li><li>Other related duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Manages a team of treasury support staff ensuring that tasks are handled efficiently and accurately in accordance with the company policies and procedures. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
