We offer attractive compensation and benefits along with the opportunity to become part of a creative, innovative organization that is focused on your growth and development.</p> <p>Builtech is currently seeking an Estimator ready to join our fast-paced and team-oriented environment.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Process RFP, RFQ and internal pricing requests and facilitate broadcast announcements of bidding opportunities. </li><li>Analyze drawings and specifications. </li><li>Competently draft, proof, audit, and deliver proposals. </li><li>Solicit and engage subcontractors to provide proposals. </li><li>Qualify subcontractor proposals for completeness and compliance with project documents. </li><li>Ensure Builtech's compliance with bidding regulations and goals for each project. </li><li>Maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors. </li><li>Work on multiple client bids simultaneously and deliver in accordance with deadline objectives. </li><li>Identify and execute strategic opportunities within a proposal to optimize Builtech's position in securing work. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ideally 3-6 years of construction experience </li><li>Embrace and fully protect our Core Values - Integrity, Humility, Trust, Respect, Passion & Courage. </li><li>Experience with internet-based bidding sites is preferred (Building Connected, Gradebeam, SmartBid, etc) </li><li>Proficient with Microsoft (Outlook, Excel and Word) and BlueBeam </li><li>Effective communication and ability to work independently. </li><li>Must be able to multitask; handling many diverse projects at once while meeting deadlines. </li><li>Ability to remain in a stationary position 95% of the time </li><li>The ability to constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as computer keyboards, copy machines, and computer printers </li><li>The ability to occasionally lift and carry lightweight office items like supplies or equipment </li><li>Valid driver's license </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental and vision insurance </li><li>Health Savings Account (HSA) </li><li>401(k) plan with company match </li><li>Unlimited performance time off (PTO) </li><li>Company-paid life insurance </li><li>Quarterly allowance to spend on Builtech clothing, gear or work boots </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $90,000-115,000 ++</p> <p>Builtech Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
