<p>Role Title: Sr Project Manager</p> <p>Employment Type: Contract</p> <p>Duration: 12/31/2026</p> <p>Location: Remote with some travel to NY</p> <p>Role Description:</p> <p>We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead and support complex, strategic initiatives for a large-scale ERP Financial implementation, with a specific focus on Oracle Profitability, Reporting, and Integrations.</p> <p>This role requires a blend of project management expertise, and strong communication abilities to drive business outcomes through transformation efforts.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage transformation initiatives, ensuring all action items, risks, and decisions are tracked, captured, and escalated, with clear accountability for deliverables. </li><li>Develop and maintain roadmaps, change management plans, timelines, and status reports to drive project progress and alignment with organizational goals. </li><li>Facilitate workshops and discussions to define project priorities, success measures, customer experiences, and desired outcomes. </li><li>Craft and communicate clear, impactful documentation to influence decision-making and motivate stakeholders towards achieving project objectives. </li><li>Build relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective delivery, track project outcomes, and promote continuous innovation and improvement. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Background or degree in Finance or banking/financial industry experience or strong finance project experience. </li><li>Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and JIRA. </li><li>Familiarity with PMBOK, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Waterfall, Scrum/Agile (Scrum Master), Kanban, Iterative (RUP and others), Organizational Change Management </li><li>Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills. </li><li>Expertise in managing risks, multitasking, and prioritizing effectively in fast-paced environments. </li><li>Proven ability to influence, negotiate, and collaborate with internal and external teams. </li><li>Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Certified Business Analyst (BA) and/or ScrumMaster certification preferred </li><li>Experience with Oracle Financial implementations is a plus </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Required:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' work experience, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 7 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 3 years' work experience </li></ul>
