If so, we want you on our growing team!</p> <p>Position: Floating Maintenance Technician</p> <p>Location: Rippowam Park in Stamford, and River Commons in Norwalk, CT</p> <p>Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00-5:00pm, with a one hour or 30-minute unpaid lunch daily, weekend rotation included</p> <p>What we are looking for:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 2-3 or more years Maintenance experience in a multi-family apartment style community, preferably supporting other properties or prior experience as a "Floater" </li><li>EPA certification type I and II or EPA Universal is a strong requirement of this position </li><li>Ability to work independently in multi-site or larger properties, and within a Team environment </li><li>Perform Porter duties for both Properties </li><li>Valid/Active Driver's License (verified during background process) </li></ul> <p>What we Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive base hourly pay, automatic quarterly pay increases each quarter (every 3 months) following initial 90-days of hire. $40.00 per month personal cell phone allowance, eligible for annual discretionary bonus at year-end, annual performance review process, and mileage reimbursement paid when "Floating" to other properties within stated region </li><li>Primary schedule is days, excellent array of employee benefits and programs </li><li>Career advancement opportunities as we continue to grow in CT and other states around the Country! </li></ul> <p>About Us:</p> <p>At Richman Property Services, Inc., we strive to provide high-quality apartment communities that our residents are proud to call home.
