<p>Product Consultant</p> <p>Work Mode: Onsite</p> <p>Location:?Onsite - Kohler, WI</p> <p>Employment Type: Part Time - 15 hours per work</p> <p>Opportunity</p> <p>Contribute to advancing the Kohler Brand by assisting Kohler Design Center customers realize their kitchen and bath aspirations and influencing Kohler sales across all businesses.</p> <p>Specific Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Develop product knowledge across the Kohler plumbing products. </li><li>Greet guests, consult with and specify product for small/medium customer projects. </li><li>Qualify customers in order to provide the appropriate level of service and promote design appointments. </li><li>Develop a level of comfort giving small group tours of the Kohler Design Center, including the museum. </li><li>Develop a design vocabulary. </li><li>Begin developing leadership skills. </li></ul> <p>Skills/Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma required </li><li>Strong customer service orientation </li><li>Self-motivated </li><li>Confident conversationalist </li><li>Pleasant phone presence </li><li>Interest in design recommended </li><li>Some weekend work required </li></ul> <p>#LI-Onsite</p> <p>#LI-SM1</p> <p>Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.</p> <p>The hourly range for this position is $15.10 - $18.90. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
