This includes but is not limited to tracking the status, plans, budget, risks, issues, dependencies, and re-sourcing of all data and digital projects in portfolio.</p> </li><li> <p>Accountable for mobilizing and facilitating regular delivery governance forums including the Digital SLT and/or key business stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Provides comprehensive leadership support to Project Managers in the consistent tracking and delivery of their data and digital projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Establishes and develops standard templates for major PMO artefacts, e.g., plans, budgets, issues, risks, actions, dependencies, resourcing.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops and publishes regular project status dashboards and supporting documents.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates and tracks the evaluation and inception of new project concepts across the portfolio.</p> </li><li> <p>Identifies key business improvements and implements changes and recommendations.</p> </li></ul> <p>You'll Need To Have:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Relevant degree in engineering.</p> </li><li> <p>10+ years of experience working in a Data and Digital PMO.</p> </li><li> <p>Previous experience of establishing and leading a Data and Digital PMO function.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with consolidating siloed data sources into one database for trend analysis.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with setting up and managing data visualization tools such as MS Power BI, Tableau, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with different project controls technologies for scheduling, risk, cost management, document control, process management, as well as various PMIS'.</p> </li><li> <p>Expert in MS Office tools, including MS project and Excel.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent verbal and written communication are required.</p> </li><li> <p>Develops and maintains team and stakeholder relationships.</p> </li><li> <p>Manages and influences key/senior stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Effective collaborator.</p> </li></ul> <p>Mace is an inclusive employer and welcomes interest from a diverse range of candidates.
