Accenture Flex employees work in their local metro area onsite at the project, significantly reducing and/or eliminating the demands to travel.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Work Order Management and Field Service</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate in daily scrums with the Salesforce development team to progress assigned user stories through the sprint</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with client and other vendor engineering teams to develop solutions for automotive service/technician business requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Execute on Salesforce user stories (Configuration, LWC, Apex, Integration, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Some Field Service experience preferred; experience with Work Order Management, Scheduling, etc.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive technical designs for user stories and articulate to extended development team members as needed</p> </li></ul> <p>Qualification</p> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <p>Minimum Salesforce Customization Apex: 4 years of experience</p> <p>Minimum Salesforce Customization LWC: 4 years of experience</p> <p>Minimum Salesforce Field Service: 3 years of experience</p> <p>High School Diploma or GED</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's or Associate's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>Salesforce Integration development experience (Webhooks, Services, Callouts)</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Jira for Agile Project/Ticket Management</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with Git for Deployment</p> </li><li> <p>Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate development progress</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
