Learn more at www.NEXDINE.com.</p> <p>Job Details:</p> <p>Position: Bartender</p> <p>Location: Louisville, KY</p> <p>Hours: 11am-8:30pm</p> <p>Hours per week: Full Time</p> <p>Hourly Pay Rate: $16.00</p> <p>This is a front of the house position; exceptional customer service skills with a can-do attitude are a must!</p> <p>Essential Functions and Key Tasks:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Responsible for running the point of sale system and assist customers as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Set up and restock product, displays, coolers and workstations as needed.</p> </li><li> <p>Transfer supplies or equipment between storage and work areas, by hand or using hand trucks or carts.</p> </li><li> <p>Make sure the customers are being taken care of and the department looks clean and presentable at all times.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide excellent customer service to include being attentive, approachable, greeting and thanking customers entering and exiting the café.</p> </li><li> <p>In addition, the Bartender works with and takes direction from the Chef Manager.</p> </li></ul> <p>Bartender Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>High school diploma or equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>Previous food/customer service experience preferably within a corporate dining setting</p> </li><li> <p>Must be dependable and have excellent customer service skills</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to pull and lift up to 40 pounds</p> </li><li> <p>Must be able to work independently as well as a team player</p> </li></ul> <p>Benefits: YES!</p> <p>We provide our full-time colleagues with a generous compensation and benefits package, training and development and growth opportunities.
