This position is responsible for conducting cycle counts, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining detailed records of stock levels. This role plays a critical part in minimizing discrepancies and supporting efficient warehouse operations.</p> <p>What We're Looking For (Key Performance Objectives):</p> <ul> <li>Perform regular cycle counts of warehouse inventory to verify stock levels. </li><li>Ensure inventory accuracy by comparing physical counts to system records. </li><li>Identify, investigate, and report inventory discrepancies to management. </li><li>Assist in correcting stock variances and updating inventory records. </li><li>Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage and tracking of goods. </li><li>Maintain detailed and accurate inventory logs and reports. </li><li>Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure compliance. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Education: High school diploma or GED required </li><li>Experience 1-2 years in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a related field preferred. </li><li>Technical Skills: Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software. </li><li>Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. </li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. </li><li>Certifications: Forklift certification </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. </li><li>Standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. </li></ul> <p>We are a drug-free workplace and an EEO employer.</p> <p>Please note: This role will be filled by our internal recruitment team, so no assistance is needed from any outside staffing agency at this time.</p> <p>Compensation Range: $21.00 - $22.00 per hour - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: years of experience, skill set and location.
