<p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking candidates with 1+ year of experience as a front office Receptionist with excellent administrative skills! The Office Receptionist will be responsible for fostering a professional and pleasant working environment by providing excellent customer service in the fields of general office services and facilities maintenance and coordination.</p> <p>Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off</p> <p>Hourly Compensation: $25.00-$25.00/hr USD</p> <p>Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm with 1 hour break</p> <p>Note: Must Have Piror Corporate Receptionist Experience</p> <p>Who We Are</p> <p>IST Management is a business process outsourcing company. Other duties include:</p> <ul> <li>Must have prior Corporate Receptionist Experience. </li><li>Greet clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location </li><li>Answers, screens, and direct phone calls to staff or take messages when needed </li><li>Assist with conference room location and appointments </li><li>Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and inform staff or distributes items </li><li>Performs administrative and clerical support tasks; Assist with coordinating office activities and operations </li><li>Performs other duties as needed; Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail </li><li>Adhere to all safety procedures; perform other tasks as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Ideal candidates have the ability to confidently interact with clients and visitors, possess excellent communication abilities, and are ready to grow in their professional career. Previous corporate experience in a reception role is mandatory! Other qualifications include:</p> <ul> <li>Prior Corporate Reception requrired </li><li>High School Diploma or GED required; authorization to work for any employer in the US required </li><li>Some College Preferred </li><li>Microsoft Office proficiency required </li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written </li><li>Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; willingness to cross-train for other job functions </li><li>Ability to meet employer's attendance policy </li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion </li></ul> <p>IST Management provides reasonable accommodations to individuals with a disability in accordance with applicable law in both the application and employment stages.
