<p>Position Summary:</p> <p>Achieve recovery, sales and profit goals.</p> <p>Responsibilities of Position:</p> <ul> <li>Focus on new business wins. </li><li>Lead quote process ensuring quotes are submitted on time and according to financial targets. </li><li>Focus on customer financial recovery. </li><li>Key customer focus: Hyundai / Kia and possibly Mercedes </li><li>Negotiates directly with the customer on all Commercially related topics. </li><li>Supports Medium Term Plan process. </li><li>May recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. </li><li>Establishes top level contacts with current and potential customers. </li><li>Assist in identifying cost savings, cost recovery and quality improvement opportunities to meet customer and TI Automotive objectives. </li><li>Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. </li><li>Performs related duties and special projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Skill Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Regular and predictable attendance. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong negotiation / communication skills, both oral and written. </li><li>Ability to work in an unstructured and frequently stressful environment. </li><li>Understanding of and ability to work with drawings, specifications, etc. \ </li><li>Project management and multi-task prioritization. </li><li>Self-directed with a high degree of self- motivation. </li><li>Hands on approach with an attention to detail. </li><li>Proficient computer skills and abilities with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>7-10 years of experience in automotive sales. </li><li>Bachelor's degree in business or related field; master's degree preferred. </li><li>MUST speak Korean. </li><li>Hyundai/Kia sales experience. </li></ul> <p>Licensing or Special Certification Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Valid driver's license. </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work at a personal computer for extended periods of time. </li><li>Regularly travels to plant, vendor, and customer sites. </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Occasionally lifts and carries up to 15 pounds. </li><li>Some of work time is spent standing, walking, lifting and bending. </li><li>Works within an automotive components manufacturing office setting and may be exposed to heat, cold and fumes/chemicals. </li></ul> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>TI Automotive is committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, pregnancy status, disability, gender identity or Veteran status.</p>
