<p>Position Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product Management to lead our team of product managers in shaping the next generation of enterprise solutions. This role is responsible for defining and executing product strategy across multiple lines of business, ensuring our innovations enhance efficiency, compliance, and customer experience.</p> <p>As a key member of the leadership team, you will set the product vision, champion an AI-first mindset, and collaborate closely with engineering, business, and leadership partners to deliver measurable value and sustainable growth.</p> <p>Responsibilities & Duties</p> <ul> <li> <p>Product Strategy & Execution:</p> </li><li> <p>Develop and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive consistency in roadmap tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication across business lines.</p> </li><li> <p>Foster an AI-first culture, ensuring all product initiatives leverage automation, ML, and analytics to improve outcomes.</p> </li><li> <p>Prioritize initiatives based on business value, technical feasibility, and regulatory requirements.</p> </li><li> <p>Track ROI and performance metrics on product initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure adherence to SDLC and product governance standards, including demos, feature documentation, and sprint planning.</p> </li><li> <p>Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership:</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with junior and senior business members, compliance officers, and technology partners to gather insights and ensure solutions meet industry needs and are fully adopted post roll-out.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Stay closely aligned with business growth and innovation goals to ensure product lines and roadmaps support objectives.</p> </li><li> <p>Develop strategic partnerships with vendors, fintech's, and technology providers to accelerate innovation.</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate product backlogs and statuses to senior leadership teams in a consistent cadence.</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Experience, Skills, & Competencies</p> <ul> <li>10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. </li><li>Executive-level stakeholder management with experience engaging with senior leaders, regulators, and audit teams. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders. </li><li>Experience creating, maintaining and executing quarterly product roadmaps. </li><li>Ability to work in the office in a hybrid environment. </li><li>Understanding and application of product management concepts, practices, and standards. </li><li>Mortgage industry experience preferred. Finance industry experience required. </li><li>Experience working with AI technologies such as NLP, machine learning, and automation is a plus </li></ul> <p>A reasonable estimate of the total compensation range for this role is $150,000-$200,000. The actual salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, geographic location, training, licensure and certification, and other factors.
