You'll have the opportunity to showcase your proven skills and successfully implement innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.</p> <p>Principle Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Maintain and repair complex electronic equipment and components, including circuit boards, networks, and safety systems. </li><li>Plan, install, and repair wiring, fixtures, and control equipment, following strict safety procedures and electrical codes. </li><li>Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems using test equipment and hand tools. </li><li>Lead or participate in performance reviews and Lean events to identify maintenance improvements. </li><li>Provide production, process, and plant engineering advanced systems expertise. </li></ul> <p>Basic Skill Requirements</p> <ul> <li>High School or Trade School Diploma. </li><li>3 - 8 years of experience working in an electrical/electronics capacity. </li><li>Current status of Connecticut electrician's license. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skill Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Professional certifications, military background, and an AS degree in the electrical or electronic field. </li><li>Experience of 5 to 10 years in an electrical/electronics position. </li><li>Experience in a manufacturing plant environment. </li><li>E1/E2 CT electrical license and five years of experience in PLC programming. </li></ul> <p>Join us and contribute to crafting flawless solutions for a healthier, cleaner, and safer world!</p> <p>Compensation and Benefits</p> <p>The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $31.73-$47.60.</p> <p>This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
