<p>Job Details</p> <p>Job Location: Blackberry Farm - Walland, TN</p> <p>Position Type: Part Time</p> <p>Salary Range: Undisclosed</p> <p>Job Shift: Day</p> <p>Description and Qualifications</p> <p>This position will primarily be responsible for delivering natural-focused services for hands, feet, and nails, ranging from therapeutic to luxury treatments, and provide a range of hair-styling services. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Perform manicures and pedicures, hand and foot treatments </li><li>Perform facials and body treatments </li><li>Maintain a clean work area and equipment, fold and stock rooms and closets </li><li>Remove soiled laundry, and bring in clean laundry. </li><li>Assist in opening and closing duties </li><li>Transport guests </li><li>Attend the front desk if the coordinator needs to step away briefly </li><li>Perform any tasks deemed necessary by the manager to keep the spa clean, stocked, and operating smoothly </li></ul> <p>Must comply with all company policies and procedures.</p> <p>To perform the essential functions of this position, regular and predictable attendance is required.</p> <p>Must be able to work well with other Team Members and managers and interact with our guests.</p> <p>Must have the flexibility to work and weekends and Holidays.</p> <p>EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE</p> <ul> <li>TN State License required </li><li>Previous spa or salon experience preferred </li><li>High school diploma or equivalent </li></ul> <p>LANGUAGE SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Must have excellent verbal communication skills </li><li>Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members </li></ul> <p>MATHEMATICAL SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>Basic knowledge and understanding of math </li></ul> <p>REASONING ABILITY</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to exercise judgment and make decisions based on job knowledge and awareness of company goals </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</p> <ul> <li>Must be able to sit or stand for long periods </li><li>Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. </li><li>Must be able to perform multiple services during shift </li><li>Must be able to operate a company vehicle or golf cart safely </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>4,200 acres of Blackberry Farm property </li><li>Must be able to work in a calm and quiet spa setting </li></ul> <p>About Blackberry</p> <p>Blackberry Farm is a Relais & Châteaux property that has provided world renowned hospitality to family, friends and guests for almost 50 years.
