<p>The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by performing administrative duties related to the operations of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, training, and HRIS maintenance. This role ensures the smooth and efficient operation of the HR office and contributes to a positive employee experience</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation processes. </li><li>Maintain employee records in HRIS and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. </li><li>Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries. </li><li>Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. </li><li>Prepare HR-related reports and documentation as needed. </li><li>Assist with compliance-related tasks such as audits, EEO reporting, and policy updates. </li><li>Provide general administrative support to the HR team. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. </li><li>1-3 years of experience in an HR support role. </li><li>Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. </li></ul> <p>Required Skills :</p> <ul> <li>Communication - Clear verbal/written communication, active listening, professionalism in sensitive conversations </li><li>Organization & Time Management - Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines </li><li>Attention to Detail & Confidentiality - Accuracy in documentation, discretion with sensitive information, knowledge of data privacy regulations </li><li>HR Knowledge - Familiarity with labor laws, HR policies, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, and employee relations </li><li>Technology - Experience with HRIS (e.g., Workday, ADP); proficiency in Google Workspace (Gmail, Sheets, Slides, Docs) </li><li>Customer Service Orientation - Responsive support to HR Partners, commitment to a positive employee experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bilingual in Spanish</p> </li><li> <p>HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) an asset, not required</p> </li></ul> <p>We thank you for your interest.
