<p>Employment Type:</p> <p>Full time</p> <p>Shift:</p> <p>Day Shift</p> <p>Description:</p> <p>POSITION PURPOSE:</p> <ul> <li>Our Outpatient Therapists for this position provides care to those served as part of our team that works with individuals with mental health diagnoses. </li><li>We provide level of care assessment, individual and group psychotherapy to adults and work to incorporate the strengths of their supports in their environments to maintain their recovery efforts in the community. </li><li>While all therapists are expected to manage their caseloads and function independently, they'll also collaborate with others in a team-based approach to care. </li></ul> <p>WHAT YOU WILL DO:</p> <ul> <li>Provide psychotherapy, psychoeducation, and clinical interventions for clients on our Deaf Services team </li><li>Complete biopsychosocial assessments to determine client's strengths, needs, and diagnosis </li><li>Complete documentation within the electronic health record in congruence with organizational policies and regulatory requirements </li><li>Engage with the clients natural supports to strategize methods of supporting client goal progress and wellbeing </li><li>Collaborate with members of the treatment team, community members, and third-party providers </li><li>Attend and participate in clinical, administrative, and community partner meetings </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALILFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Master's Degree in Human/Social Services with one (1) year clinical experience, preferably diagnosing and treating behavioral and psychiatric conditions. </li><li>Licensure required (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) </li><li>Must be fluent in American Sign Language </li><li>Act 33/34/73 Clearances </li><li>Pre-Employment Drug Screen </li><li>Child Protective Services Law training certificate </li></ul> <p>POSITION HIGHLIGHTS AND BENEFITS:</p> <p>Work Schedule: This is an Exempt (salary) position.
