<p>SUMMARY</p> <p>Works in one of the Casino restaurants and contributes to a pleasant dining experience by cleaning and setting tables, restocking plates, or (at times) serving food.</p> <p>DUTIES</p> <ul> <li>Prepares dining room for guests by cleaning and clothing tables, setting decorations, service plates, and utensils. </li><li>Protects the establishment and guests by adhering to sanitation and safety policies. </li><li>Maintains menu presentation by keeping menus clean, replacing damaged or soiled pages, and cleaning chalkboards. </li><li>Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, refilling water glasses, and being attentive to additional needs. </li><li>Supports waitstaff by setting up and replenishing condiment stands and busser stations. </li></ul> <p>REQUIREMENTS</p> <ul> <li>Must have a great attitude </li><li>Excellent customer service skills </li><li>Great communication skills </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent or related experience required. </li><li>Must wear non-skid shoes and provided uniform. </li><li>Minimum 18 years old. </li><li>No recent felony convictions. </li></ul>
