As the first Patient Service Center, the Director is the first point of contact and critical resource for maximizing patient access to the right care in the right setting at the right time. The Patient Service Center Director delivers a seamless and fully integrated call quality experience that begins with one call for care and provides first call resolution and optimal access to care to all patients. The Director of Patient Service Center collaborates with all stakeholders and cross functional departments optimize the patient experience while maximizing productivity and cost effectiveness. Lastly, the Director of Patient Service Center is accountable for training and performance management to ensure all services are meeting or exceeding key performance measures in health plan compliance, Employee Engagement, Service, Quality and Finance.</p> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Minimum of 5-10 years experience in call centers, change management and healthcare.</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree required.</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in transforming/change management and building a world-class contact center.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven experience in improving the contact center patient experience/engagement, achieving budget targets, and improving operational performance.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrated experience in developing high-performance teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven ability to lead, motivate and work through people to achieve strategic goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Proven time management, multi-tasking, prioritization and follow-up skills in a rapidly changing environment.</p> </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>$128,022.63 - $160,028.30 annually</p> <p>Compensation Disclaimer</p> <p>Actual salary offers are considered by various factors, including budget, experience, skills, education, licensure and certifications, and other business considerations.
