<p>Position: Piping Draftsperson</p> <p>Reports to: BIM Team Lead</p> <p>Location: Victaulic Global Headquarters, Easton PA</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.</p> <ul> <li>Prepares drawings, layouts, sketches, and other forms of data presentation as required </li><li>Updates and keeps drawings, directories, and associated files as required </li><li>Maintains electronic system files, records, information, facility directory, drafting standards, etc on a regular and timely basis in accordance with the Company Documentation Retention Policy </li><li>Maintains, follows, and improves upon the document control policies and procedures and drafting standards </li><li>Completes all projects as assigned on a timely basis and within established budgets </li><li>Advise the Project Lead on status of all assigned project milestones </li><li>Assist other VDC departments (as required). </li></ul> <p>PROFILE (education, experience, languages …)</p> <ul> <li>Associate Degree in drafting technology, or equivalent work experience, Architectural/Engineering disciplines preferred </li><li>0-2 years of experience in AutoCAD Drafting required </li><li>1 year of experience in AutoCAD drafting. 3D Drafting/Rendering, Revit experience desirable </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, interpersonal and customer skills required </li><li>Must have the ability to travel domestically and internationally </li><li></li><li>Experience with Excel, MS Word, Outlook, MS Project, Revit, AutoCAD, CADmep & Navisworks software preferred. </li><li>Able to create drawings and specifications using computer systems and equipment, VDC Drawing Standards Able to work with others in a team setting, or along with and without supervision </li><li>Knowledge of construction materials & methods, and building codes plus </li></ul> <p>LANGUAGE SKILLS</p> <ul> <li>English </li></ul>
