You will lead cross-functional teams through the full lifecycle of complex engagements, from ideation to delivery, with a strong focus on transformative business outcomes.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Oversee a portfolio of projects and/or product deliverables from inception to delivery, ensuring seamless integration and consistency, coordination of shared resources, and alignment with client goals </li><li>Maintain client relationships and keep stakeholders engaged to ensure alignment and transparency throughout the project lifecycle </li><li>Develop detailed project plans, tailoring methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) to define scope, budget, objectives, timelines, resource allocation, financial reporting, and strategies </li><li>Proactively monitor, identify, and address risks through status reporting and issue management to ensure delivery success </li><li>Facilitate regular project meetings, including status updates, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to promote collaboration and continuous improvement across multiple disciplines </li><li>Partner with engagement leads, stakeholders, and technical and business consultants to define roadmaps, prioritize backlogs, and deliver outcomes, balancing strategic intent with executional excellence </li><li>Mentor and support project team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment </li><li>Support the development of internal processes, documentation, and knowledge sharing </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring</p> <ul> <li>Experience in technical project or product management, preferably in a consulting environment </li><li>Proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies, and knowledge of how to apply them pragmatically </li><li>Demonstrated ability to drive alignment between client vision, business value, and executional strategy while mitigating any risks or concerns </li><li>Proven ability to manage competing priorities across multiple workstreams simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing project requirements </li><li>Demonstrated experience in all phases of the technology project lifecycle, including the identification of the business case and development of a strategic project plan </li><li>Familiarity with AI concepts and experience supporting or leading AI-based solutions (preferred) </li><li>Excellent client engagement and communication skills; ability to navigate complexity and build trust </li><li>Commitment to fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and outcomes-focused team environment to contribute to Slalom's core values </li></ul> <p>About Us</p> <p>Slalom is a fiercely human business and technology consulting company that leads with outcomes to bring more value, in all ways, always. For this position, the base salary pay range for a Consultant is $109,000 to $130,000, and for a Senior Consultant $125,000 to $150,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors.
