<p>Simpson College has an immediate opening for a part-time Instructional Designer position (Maximum 29 hours per week)</p> <p>Broad Function/Job Summary:</p> <p>The Instructional Designer is responsible for working with faculty to design and create highly interactive online, blended, and face-to-face learning content for academic courses at Simpson College. The designer will provide course design support and guidance to full-time and part-time Simpson faculty, working directly with faculty to help them plan, design, develop, and revise course materials. They will assist faculty with academic technology-related questions and ways to modify face-to-face courses for online delivery. The designer will handle multiple projects simultaneously, working collaboratively with staff and faculty across the institution. Performs other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Duties/Responsibilities:</p> <p>Support full-time and part-time Simpson faculty with the course design process, helping them develop activities and materials that enhance student learning and retention.
