<p>We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Manager to lead and elevate upholstery production-from planning and execution to delivery-while inspiring a collaborative and motivated team. You'll oversee workflow scheduling, resource allocation (including fabrics, foam, trims, and hardware), and staff development, all while anticipating and resolving production challenges. As a hands-on people leader, you'll hire, train, coach, and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and quality.
