<p>General Statement</p> <p>Please note: This position will be employed byAtrium Health andis located in Monroe, NC at the Union County Employee Health & Wellness Center at 412 E. Franklin Street Monroe, NC.</p> <p>Provides team-based behavioral health consultation, care coordination and population management to individuals (patients and/or employees) and families in order to improve psychosocial functioning and overall wellness. Behavioral health services may be performed in person or through telehealth in a variety of settings including primary care and specialty clinics, workplace settings and other community locations.</p> <p>If you are interested in more information about this position or would like to apply, please click the link below.</p> <p>https://careers.atriumhealth.org/jobs/16358935-carenet-behavioral-health-clinician</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <p>Provides high quality, spiritually integrated, and trauma informed behavioral health services to individuals and families in collaboration with primary care/wellness team.</p> <p>Delivers brief behavioral health interventions and works with care team to connect individuals to higher levels of care when needed.</p> <p>Evaluates crisis situations and responds with appropriate interventions.</p> <p>Maintains accurate and timely clinical documentation.</p> <p>Contributes to departmental effectiveness and operations. Actively participates in department meetings, staff development and case reviews. Represents and promotes the department in the community.</p> <p>Provides education related to mental health and substance use, along with available information on treatment options.</p> <p>Provides training on mental health, wellness, and resiliency.</p> <p>In workplace settings, collaborates with employer to identify areas where organization can promote trauma informed practices, wellness, and resiliency.</p> <p>Other duties as assigned</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychotherapy from an accredited institution.</p> <p>Minimum of 2 years of clinical behavioral health experience.</p> <p>Theological education and/or experience in providing spiritually integrated behavioral health services highly valued.</p>
