<p>Position Overview: Lead of the Revenue Accounting department specifically supporting IMC-Division 30. This includes the invoicing and auditing process and serves as RA POC with the Region(s). This position directly reports to the Audit Success Manager.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Oversight of the daily invoicing process in the SWS from the CNI through invoice creation. </li><li>SME of SWS audit processes in accordance with company standards to ensure accuracy of charges. </li><li>Oversight of SO (manual audit) release for the region for accounts that do not involve special billing. </li><li>Manage the weekly sales closing process for the region. </li><li>Daily credit and debit processing </li><li>Assist Collections dept. with customer invoicing issues </li><li>Effective/respectful/efficient communications with region operations staff. </li><li>Collaborate with other AR and accounting departments as needed </li></ul> <p>Other Job Functions</p> <ul> <li>Identify and communicate process improvements to leadership </li><li>Audit credit & debits (invoice corrections) </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree in business or equivalent preferred </li><li>At least five years relevant industry experience for invoicing and documentation. </li><li>Ability to function with little supervision. </li><li>Flexibility of working hours. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Other Skills/Abilities</p> <ul> <li>General accounting knowledge. </li><li>Strong knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office products. </li></ul>
