<p>Job Description:</p> <p>Essential Job Functions:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute communication strategies to support the organization's objectives. </li><li>Collaborate with senior management on key messaging and brand positioning. </li><li>Implement internal communication plans to engage employees and align them with company goals. </li><li>Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives. </li><li>Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in communications. </li><li>Utilize modern technology channels used by technologists, who are a key external audience. </li><li>Be a key collaborator on a global Communications team. </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience </li><li>Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role </li><li>Proven experience in Communications </li><li>Proficiencies in strategic communication planning and project management </li><li>Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology </li></ul> <p>Other Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Strong executive presence with proven ability to establish trusted relationships at the C-suite level </li><li>Ability to think strategically and drive execution across multiple communications channels </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communications skills, outstanding organizational skills and high attention to detail </li></ul> <p>Work environment: This role requires quarterly travel to the DXC office in Miami, FL.
