This outpatient surgical practice cares for patients with a wide range of vascular and trauma-related conditions, providing coordinated care before and after surgical procedures. The team values flexibility, collaboration, and delivering high quality care in a supportive, low stress environment compared to bedside nursing.</p> <p>In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, medical assistants, and front office staff to support daily clinic operations. Responsibilities include triaging patient phone calls and MyChart messages, scheduling surgeries, providing pre and post operative education, reviewing wound images from home health partners, and coordinating care across multiple clinic locations. Clinics see approximately 25-35 patients per day, and staff rotate among locations including Grant, Pickerington, Grove City, and Chillicothe.</p> <p>This position is ideal for a nurse with 2-3 years of bedside or specialty experience who brings strong critical thinking, patience, and comfort working independently. Experience in vascular, trauma, wound care, or surgical practice is highly desirable.
