Contribute to a team that consistently grows despite economic challenges, with many projects centered around government and military contracts.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist in the completion of punchlist items and project closeout. </li><li>Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors. </li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. </li><li>Monitor project progress and report deviations from plans. </li><li>Help manage project schedules and deadlines. </li><li>Assist in the procurement of materials and equipment. </li><li>Conduct on-site inspections and quality checks. </li><li>Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, architects, and clients. </li><li>Contribute to problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site. </li><li>Maintain project documentation and records. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience in new construction, site construction, and renovation. </li><li>Proficiency in construction management and supervision. </li><li>Knowledge of Procore and quality control processes. </li><li>Ability to manage subcontractors and ensure construction safety. </li><li>Familiarity with project scheduling and steel structure projects. </li><li>Understanding of federal government construction standards. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Strong interest in the construction industry. </li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </li><li>Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. </li><li>Basic understanding of construction procedures and material management. </li><li>Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment. </li><li>Basic proficiency in construction management software is a plus. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role involves working on Field House projects for a period of 3 months with the potential for a long-term extension up to 6 months. The work environment is dynamic and involves close collaboration with various stakeholders.
