Perform monthly analysis and reporting of financial performance. Understand and communicate revenue details, product and customer profitability reporting, financial analysis of proposed products, and customers and business models. Provide pricing and sourcing recommendations regarding accounts payable, invoicing, payroll, and general ledger.</p> <p>Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting 1-5 years of experience Strong analytical, communication, and advocacy skills. Strong understanding of accounting principles, theories, concepts, and practices. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Previous experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. Ability to travel 25%. Authorized to work in the U.S. Preferred Qualifications: Manufacturing experience is a plus.</p> <p>Knowledge-Skills-Abilities Ability to work well under pressure and within time constraints, multi-task, and build sound relationships with both internal and external customers.
