<p>PURPOSE STATEMENT:</p> <p>Provide administrative support to facility management to ensure efficient operation of the facility.</p> <p>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. </li><li>Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. </li><li>Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. </li><li>Effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately, delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. </li><li>Attend meetings and take accurate minutes. </li><li>May responsible for accurate and timely physician credentialing. </li><li>May direct and lead the work of others. </li><li>May manage and coordinate administrative programs and office activities. </li><li>Create spreadsheets, manage databases and prepare presentations, reports and documents as needed. </li><li>Answer telephones and take messages or transfer calls. </li><li>May cover the reception desk when required. </li><li>Calendar management, schedule appointments, update calendars and arrange staff meetings </li></ul> <p>OTHER FUNCTIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Perform other functions and tasks as assigned. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent required. </li><li>Associate's degree preferred. </li></ul> <p>LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Not Applicable </li></ul> <p>BEL01</p> <p>We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all applicants for employment regardless of an individual's characteristics protected by applicable state, federal and local laws.</p>
