Employment with us is rewarding personally and professionally.</p> <p>This outpatient position offers a unique opportunity to be an integrated member of a multidisciplinary team in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate is a speech language pathologist who has previous work or internship experience working with young children and their families.</p> <p>Requirements and Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Current Speech Therapy license or eligibility for licensure in the State of Ohio. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills </li><li>Ability to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team approach </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide speech therapy to clients in outpatient multidisciplinary team setting </li><li>Complete documentation in a timely manner consistent with agency and therapy department policies and procedures. </li><li>Collaborate, consult, and plan with other team members </li><li>Attend supervision, departmental, and agency meetings. </li><li>Attend continuing education opportunities to maintain current licensure. </li><li>Participate with supervisor in developing and implementing a plan for professional growth aligned with annual performance evaluation and agency goals. </li><li>Serve on agency committees. </li></ul> <p>Achievement Center for Children is an Equal Opportunities Employer</p>
