<p>INTERNAL ONLY - Teachers</p> <p>REPORTS TO:</p> <p>Principal and Grade Level Assistant Principal</p> <p>GENERAL DUTIES:</p> <p>Teacher Team Lead Role Description:</p> <ul> <li>Actively promote positive adult culture and belonging, increase alignment and consistency across grade level homerooms and educators, and focus on maximizing learning time and outcomes for all students </li><li>Prepare for and facilitate team collaboration and learning during weekly Collaboration Block Grade Level Team Meeting </li><li>Meet with school-based administrators and teacher team leads for one 1-hour monthly meeting </li><li>Collaborate openly and honestly with school-based administrators and cohort of team leads. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS: The ideal candidate will be an experienced and licensed teacher Browne Middle School grade level or Unified Arts teacher with a commitment to the school's mission and vision.</p> <p>COMPENSATION: Teacher Team Leads will be compensated the contractual hourly teacher rate for up to 30 total hours over the course of the school year.</p> <p>APPLICATION: Upload a letter of interest to the "documents" section of your application in TalentEd.
