<p>About the Team: Join the USDS (U.S. Data Security) Talent Acquisition team as a versatile TA Partner. You will drive full-cycle hiring across technical, non-technical, and leadership levels, primarily supporting our Trust & Safety (T&S) and Corporate Functions divisions. By leveraging data and market intelligence, you will design innovative hiring strategies, execute complex searches, and lead high-impact projects to optimize the broader USDS talent ecosystem.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Multi-Functional Recruitment: Lead full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines, primarily supporting Trust & Safety and Corporate Functions. This requires the flexibility to seamlessly pivot between technical searches (e.g., Engineering, Data Science, Product) and non-technical/operational searches (e.g., Operations, Policy, Finance). </li><li>Projects: Manage TA-related projects such as pipeline optimization, interviewer training, or referral programs to drive operational excellence across the USDS organization. </li><li>Data-Driven Strategy: Partner with hiring teams to analyze metrics like funnel conversion and channel distribution to identify bottlenecks and drive recruitment solutions. </li><li>Talent Research & Mapping: Conduct in-depth research to identify talent trends and map potential prospects across various tech and business domains to build robust internal and external pipelines. </li><li>Stakeholder Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders and HR partners, providing market insights, influencing hiring decisions, and ensuring a differentiated candidate experience.Minimum Qualifications: </li><li>3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in high-tech, media, or fast-paced industries. </li><li>Proven ability to manage both technical and non-technical requisitions simultaneously, including exposure to leadership-level hiring. </li><li>Strong data fluency to diagnose hiring challenges and present clear solutions to leadership. </li><li>Advanced sourcing expertise (Boolean, X-Ray, LinkedIn Recruiter) for complex talent mapping. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trust across complex, cross-functional teams. </li><li>High adaptability and intellectual curiosity to quickly context-switch between engineering and business-focused profiles. </li><li>An entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset to tackle ambiguous talent acquisition challenges. </li></ul>
