Facilitates communication between staff and customers. Be the difference.</p> </li><li> <p>Serves as the liaison between management and collaborators (customers, community agencies, patients, physicians, MD office staff, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures that meetings are planned and provided for, including scheduling, space acquisition, readying of materials, preparation of agenda and minutes.</p> </li><li> <p>Tracks expenditures.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains office in organized manner.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains accurate and orderly records.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversees production of community events.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ul> <p>Supervisory/Management Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive. </li></ul> <p>Minimum Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education - High school diploma or equivalent.
