<p>Description: Shift Manager - Running shifts and building the business! Looking for talent for our Growing Business.</p> <p>Starting Pay $15-$18/Hr depending on availability and experience . The more you can work, the more you can make.</p> <p>Requirements: Open or Close at least 2 Days a week. Being Available does not mean you will work 2 opening/close shifts a week, it means that you will be available to do it.</p> <p>Shift Managers perform a variety of tasks like monitoring performance during the shift, taking action to ensure the team is meeting McDonald's standards, monitoring safety, security, and profitability, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to help prepare him/her to run a great shift, too. Shift Managers will be responsible for meeting targets during their shifts and for helping their assigned Departments meet their goals.</p> <p>As a Shift Manager, you may be responsible for:</p> <ul> <li>Food Safety </li><li>Inventory Management </li><li>Managing Crew </li><li>Quality Food Production </li><li>Exceptional Customer Service </li><li>Safety and Security </li><li>Scheduling </li><li>Training </li></ul> <p>Previous leadership experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
