<p>About CDL Nuclear Technologies</p> <p>CDL Nuclear Technologies is a national leader in cardiac imaging and nuclear medicine solutions, partnering with health systems across the country to expand access to advanced diagnostic care. Our CardioNavix platform supports hospital-based cardiac PET programs that improve clinical outcomes and drive operational performance.</p> <p>Position Overview</p> <p>Director of Business Development, Hospital System Sales (CardioNavix)</p> <p>This is a remote role based in the Mid-Atlantic region, focused on building and growing relationships with hospital systems across the IDN and GPO landscape. In this position, you will be responsible for securing new hospital partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and driving adoption of CardioNavix technology within hospital-based cardiac programs nationwide.</p> <p>Success in this role requires strong relationship building, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage senior hospital stakeholders while delivering measurable value.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Drive hospital system growth</p> <p>Build and maintain relationships with hospital systems, IDNs, and GPOs to expand CDL's presence across key markets</p> <p>Acquire and expand accounts</p> <p>Identify new opportunities, negotiate agreements, and increase utilization within existing hospital partners</p> <p>Manage contracts and accounts</p> <p>Oversee agreements from negotiation through implementation and ongoing account management</p> <p>Enhance the customer experience</p> <p>Strengthen long-term partnerships by delivering a high level of service and responsiveness</p> <p>Collaborate cross-functionally</p> <p>Partner with Sales, Marketing, and internal teams to support growth initiatives and product expansion</p> <p>Leverage market insight</p> <p>Develop a strong understanding of CDL's business model, performance drivers, and hospital market trends</p> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <p>Education</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred</p> <p>Healthcare sales experience</p> <p>3 to 5 years of experience selling into hospital systems, with exposure to IDNs and GPOs</p> <p>Account management expertise</p> <p>Proven ability to manage complex relationships and deliver client-focused solutions</p> <p>Technical proficiency</p> <p>Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho, along with strong Microsoft Office skills</p> <p>Travel readiness</p> <p>Ability to travel up to 75 percent</p> <p>Work style</p> <p>Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment</p> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>This role is primarily remote and requires frequent travel.
