<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Interact with internal and outside sales people, vendors and contractors. </li><li>Responsible for showroom merchandising and re-stocking product. </li><li>Assist in resolving customer relations problems with both dealers and end users. </li><li>Complete sales order process for customers with efforts to up-sell associated items. </li><li>Adhere to all safety requirements relevant to one's regular job duties. </li><li>Perform other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual is held accountable for all other duties as assigned.</p> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 1+ year experience in a customer service or counter sales role. </li><li>Proven success in sales and providing excellent customer service. </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills including sales, problem solving and customer service. </li><li>Ability to work independently, and meet assigned goals and objectives in designated time frames. </li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment. </li><li>A willingness to learn and grow with our Company. </li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office products. </li><li>Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment </li><li>Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check in accordance with applicable state laws. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of air conditioning, heating and ventilation equipment at a wholesale distribution level.. </li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) preferred </li></ul> <p>Education/Experience:</p> <p>High School or GED. 1 Years Counter Sales Experience.</p> <p>Work Schedule: Monday through Friday with an occasional Saturday.
