<p>Position: Quality Supervisor</p> <p>Schedule: Monday - Friday 6:30am to 3:30pm, with flexibility for overtime as needed.</p> <p>Location: Savannah, GA.</p> <p>Pay: $52k/yr.</p> <p>Position Overview:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will lead a team of quality control team members, develop and implement quality control processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) highly desired. </li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a quality supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry. </li><li>CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certifications preferred. </li><li>Strong understanding of automotive industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.). </li><li>Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques (e.g., CMM, SPC, FMEA, PPAP). </li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy. </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance team, ensuring all quality standards are adhered to. </li><li>Oversee the inspection and testing of automotive parts to ensure they meet internal and customer specifications. </li><li>Identify areas for process improvement, working closely with the production team to implement corrective actions and preventative measures. </li><li>Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer requirements. </li><li>Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, audits, and non-conformances. </li><li>Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions. </li><li>Generate quality reports and metrics, presenting findings to management and recommending solutions. </li><li>Address customer concerns related to quality, ensuring timely resolutions and preventive measures. </li><li>Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets specifications. </li></ul> <p>#LI-JT2</p> <p>After you have applied, download our Staffmark Group WorkNOW App to receive real-time job offers and apply for additional opportunities.
