The Project Services Coordinator will be responsible for managing the input and output of each job, from sold to install, and will ensure efficient workflows with minimal errors and optimal production.</p> <ul> <li>Pay for this position is $24-$27/hr DOE* </li><li>Typical work schedule will be Mon-Fri 8:30a-5:00p* </li><li>Participates in corporate or national process improvement teams or councils, providing recommendations and modifications to operating policies and procedures, assist with training and implementation to attain greater profitability and efficiency in work </li><li>Troubleshoot project/job issues or discrepancies, develop and implement corrective action plans </li><li>Troubleshoots and directs team in resolving project order/installation issues and problems in a timely manner </li><li>Oversees the teams coordination of job for successful and profitable job execution, ensuring timelines are met. </li><li>Recommend and work with CCO General Manager to develop and provide key performance indicator reports on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis as determined by management </li><li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with operations, internal departmental management and staff, national support teams and manufacturing leadership </li><li>Ensure install readiness, track client's payments to perform project / job closeouts </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>3+ years of experience of Project Management in construction and/or in the home renovations/improvement industry </li><li>Working knowledge of an Order Management System and Salesforce CRM </li><li>1+ years of experience in the construction industry with knowledge of the installation practices for customized cabinetry solutions </li><li>Excellent time and project management abilities </li><li>The ability to identify and resolve potential issues; diffusing difficult situations </li><li>Tech savvy with the ability to quickly learn and apply various business systems (CAD, Epicor, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, etc) </li></ul> <p>Additional Information</p> <p>Find us on Facebook, YouTube, and Instagram</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer.
