This position will provide leadership and management of the design, development, implementation, and growth of our expanding Community Medical Outreach (CMO) program and will act as a primary organizational and programmatic representative to church partners, volunteers, and external organizations.</p> <p>A day in the life of a Manager, Community Medical Outreach:</p> <p>At Samaritan's Purse, the Gospel really is the center of all we do! We start each day with a time of devotions and spend time praying for each other, our staff, and our volunteers who serve around the globe.</p> <p>In the role of Manager, Community Medical Outreach, you will have the opportunity to:</p> <ul> <li>Maintain your personal relationship with Jesus Christ and be an effective witness for Him. </li><li>Lead CMO team and program volunteers in successful implementation of an expanding community clinic program, to include setup and coordination of locations, volunteers, and supplies. </li><li>Represent and promote Samaritan's Purse and CMO program by building relationships with church partners, local/state agencies and organizations to ensure clinic locations, volunteers, partnerships, and support. </li><li>Drive clinic design and development, to include SOPs, clinical guidelines, and processes. </li><li>Research existing technical solutions for the delivery of dental, vision, and medical care to populations in need within the United States. </li><li>Complete post-clinic AAR review for improvement of future clinics. </li><li>Ensure legal compliance in regards to HIPPA-compliant patient information management systems, healthcare licensure, insurance, and state reporting requirements. </li><li>Increase visibility of clinics in conjunction with Communications and Broadcast departments by means of writing, publishing, media, and conference displays and presentations. </li><li>Identify and develop relationships with academic institutions and healthcare entities to ensure availability of medical volunteers for each CMO Clinic. </li><li>Oversee the development and maintenance of volunteer staffing engagement and management systems. </li><li>Provide on-the-job training, support, and technical guidance for medical staff while on engaged in clinic volunteer work. </li><li>Identify and mentor future clinic leadership. </li><li>Collaborate with International Health Unit Medical Operations staff for design and maintenance of consumables, pharmaceuticals, durables, and medical capacity infrastructure systems. </li><li>All other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Learn more about</p>
