<p>What We Offer Novant Health is seeking a dynamic and engaging Leadership & Organizationl Development Consultant to join our team! The Leadership and Organizational Development Consultant I is responsible for designing, and implementing programs that enhance the new hire orientation experience as well as leadership capabilities for the organization. This role ensures that new hires are effectively oriented, equipped with essential knowledge about the company, its culture, policies, and procedures, and are set up for success in their new roles. This is a key role in creating a positive first impression and fostering a smooth transition into the organization. This is a hybrid position. Considering candidates local to the Charleston/Mount Pleasant, SC area. What You'll Do Create, lead, and facilitate tailored the Novant Health new hire orientation program, including SPARK, the Novant Health service promise program. Develop and maintain program content and materials. Deliver engaging, interactive sessions that include a variety of practices such as role-play, case studies, and simulations. Provide real-time feedback and coaching during sessions to support team member development. Lead and facilitate leadership development sessions, including workshops and training sessions, for both virtual and in-person delivery. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships across the organization, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued engagement. Measure the effectiveness of programs using qualitative and quantitative methods. What We're Looking For Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field; required. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, ATD Master Trainer, PCC), preferred. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership and organizational development, with a proven track record of strong facilitation skills and consulting engagements, required. Additional Skills Required: Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills - both in-person and in a virtual environment. Experience in developing and delivering team member and leadership initiatives and programs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systems (LMS). Enthusiastic and passionate about helping new employees succeed. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with leaders and diverse teams.
